Issue report

Expected Behavior
An informative error (i.e. timeout or connection lost) to the user should be presented in case the FHIR repository is not accessible during the data insertion.

Actual Behavior
If a network error occurs (i.e. VPN disconnects), the tool stands by as if it continues the data processing.
