Measurement of parallel scaling performance

Let's use this issue to track the scaling performance of sopht-mpi. For simplicity, let's conduct weak and strong scaling benchmarking for the following basic cases:

• Pure flow
• Flow + rigid body (i.e. sphere)
• Flow + Cosserat rod

The scaling analysis will be conducted for the facilities we have access to currently as below:

• Stampede2
• Bridges
• Expanse
