Screen recordings of stable brain UI / UX #108

once we have this a bit more stable, I think we need to take some screen recordings of the whole ux, preferrably on the real robot, with camera displays, so we can share this on the website and in the documentation. I think i posted a screen capture tool that works well from the command line at some point.
