Add WebAuthn Passkey Authentication Option Alongside Password

Add support for logging in and registering with WebAuthn passkey authentication, alongside the current password option.

Yes this is in our roadmap.

Right now I'm thinking of making passkeys at the same "level" as passwords. As in, you can either sign in with your password OR passkey. Registering passkeys shouldn't opt you into 2FA. This applies to password resets as well. You won't be required to use your passkey to reset your password. I think this is important for "normies" who may see 2FA as too inconvenient or too much of a commitment.

I'm planning to add support for security keys, and possibly recovery codes and TOTP.
