Options with values coming from envvar ignore resolve_path=True

Description

• If option's value comes from CLI, resolve_path=True works as intended, resolving the path.
• If option's value comes from envvar, paths seem to be not resolved.

This is particularly bad if you have exists=True requirement since it will cause option value validation to value before it even reaches user code.
