[Bug]: Never set encryption key and now access restricted

What happened?

I haven't run Fasten since around 2023 or 2024. Today I tried to run the latest image.

I get "Access Restricted

Please provide the encryption key to regain access to the application."

But I never set an encryption key. Diving through the commits/PRs, it's clear there was supposed to be a wizard that you set the encryption key in prior to this happening. Is there a default encryption key to be aware of?

If I add a volume to my docker compose that directs to a config folder and put config.yaml in it and modify it to:

database:
encryption:
enabled: false

Then I am able to get it to run. So clearly the database was not encrypted but there is an issue with onboarding the encryption.
