Integrate python steps into workflow

Stuff like the actual variance, more statistics, working with bargraph data are easier implemented in python than in XSLT.

Since we already have a python step for the macrogenesis stuff, maybe move python bootstrapping to faust-gen and implement python-specific steps in gradle.
