Deploy and run production instance of rpmeta #26
Description
- create copr-rpmeta.fedorainfracloud.org (DNS + certs)
- create ansible-git playbooks for deployment (https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/pull-request/3016)
- integrate rpmeta to copr backend as PoC (some easy integration as start - if prediction > 1 hour -> use more powerful instance)
