Link to USASpending Community is broken on Contributing page

Hello, the link to USAspending.gov Community at the bottom of https://github.com/fedspendingtransparency/usaspending-api/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md gives an error. Is there a new one that could be added, or anywhere else to seek help?
