What's the feature?
Provide a first-class way to add and preserve custom code inside generated files so that it is automatically respected during re-generation. No more needing to manage a fernignore list.
In other words, instead of having to add every custom code inclusion into .fernignore, you can add custom code anywhere in my generated SDK and have Fern automatically respect it upon next re-generation. This would replace .fernignore eventually and let a user edit any of the SDK files using a code editor.
