[Bug] fern check does not validate path names

Describe the bug

If you have a typo in the path name of a page in your docs.yml, the local docs server returns an error of [docs]: Failed to read docs configuration. Rendering last successful configuration.

I would expect this type of naming error to be caught by fern check

To reproduce

1. Mistype a path name in the docs.yml
2. Run fern check and see it's succesful
3. Run the local docs server and get an error

Expected behavior

I would expect fern check to validate the path names and give me a user friendly error if it can't find a page.
