Problems with relative file paths on Windows

We have recently tried to update CLI from 0.44.6 to the latest (I am testing currently with 0.51.11 as reported above) and we can't use newer versions. Anyone of us (this had been originally reported by different colleagues).

I have been checking the code and I think it's a problem just on Windows. Maybe similar to #4665. I have also tried to use the same project (folder) stored on my HDD using WSL and all worked just fine.

Actual UI Behavior

The rendered page (the main one) is completely blank, it doesn't render.

Expected UI Behavior

The page should render the content :) At least like before the fern update.

Steps to Reproduce

Maybe you can try any project on Windows.
