What's the issue?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an endpoint in OpenAPI schema that takes a JSON body
2. Add an example for the endpoint that uses a single quote character
3. Generate Fern docs

Expected: The syntax highlighting for the cURL request looks correct
Actual: The syntax higlighting for the cURL request breaks on the escaped single quote character
