eclipse-cpp-mars-2-win32-x86_64.zip in Windows 10 + edk-tools-plugin.zip works fine.

eclipse-cpp-mars-2-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz in Ubuntu 16.04.3 + edk-tools-plugin.zip does not show the project wizard "Uefi EDK2 Tools" after right clicking in Project tab > New > Project...
