Pico W, red screen flicker due to issues with LED

Blinking the led on Pico W causes red flicker on the display.

The serial console shows these messages whenever this happens:

[CYW43] error: hdr mismatch 0100 ^ ffff
[CYW43] do_ioctl(2, 263, 16): timeout

Cannot reproduce the issue on PCB. Issue occured on config with Spotpear HDMI board. Maybe it's related to this.
