Description of the issue
Eventually the MARI runs in rundetection will use journals hosted on http://data.isis.rl.ac.uk/journals/ndxmari/journal_20_3.xml to determine Background, Transmission, Direct, and Scatter runs. We should be able to read them directly from either the Archive or the instrument machines themselves.
In a path similar to: \\NDXMARI\DATA$\journal_24_5.xml on instrument PCs
Archive path would be: /archive/NDXMARI/Instrument/logs/journal
