Outdated container versions on docker hub

Hello,

I noticed the Docker Hub container image is quite out of date, however, the releases here are in sync. Could you add a github workflow action that builds and publishes the container to this repo? The example in the docs could be copied almost verbatim. One would only need to modify the trigger.

I could submit a pull request if necessary.
