So, there is a summary in my table, and I want it to be included when I export the data.

I think you need to customize the writer. I think Filament v4 beta supports it:
https://filamentphp.com/docs/4.x/actions/export#customizing-the-xlsx-writer

Maybe you could use configureXlsxWriterBeforeClose() to add a custom row.
