Connecting a Fire with a device in CData

When using a fire that has a device as a trigger criteria CFAST input files created by CData have an error.

Can you include the CData input that you are using?

This was mostly already fixed but fixed a couple of errors writing out the Monte Carlo cases have been fixed. Leaving open because need to add some text about using the MFLD for scalar values for the fire in CFAST instead of MFIR. It is much easier and less prone to error.
