ImportError: cannot import name 'easter'

I installed accordingly in Google Colab, restart the runtime afterward, and re-install the atspy.

Then when I imported, the error appeared. Seems it came from fbprophet. I ran entirely in Google Colab with and without GPU (I tried both). Looking for insights regarding the issue.
