Native integration removal

@firstof9 , what do you think of removing the old native openevse from HA core ?
I'm pretty sure nobody still use it anymore, it's for former esp8266 version, most of API has changed since.

Do you plan to replace it with yours someday, or will it stays on hacs ?
Before submitting a PR, I'd like to get your feelings on this.

I tried taking over as the code owner for the native integration, but the PR was not reviewed after some 5-6 months.

I agree it should be removed from core since it doesn't really work.
