aarch64 support #165
Description
- Upstream a target to Rust (including obviously figuring out all the details of that ABI)
- Figure out how we can test it in CI (AWS has aarch64 machines...)
- Add support to
c_types.rs - Stop hardcoding x86_64 in the Makefiles
- Turn it all on!
