Where's the "KosinskiPlus_Internal.asm" file in the repository? I tried looking on the repository, but I don't think it's here

I assume you mean the one I mentioned in this comment, where I stated

5. You should create a file "_inc/KosM_internal.asm" modeled after "_inc/Kosinski_internal.asm" and use it on "KosinskiPlus.asm"

(emphasis added) There is none, you have to create one yourself.
