Cedilha `ç` does not work when using Wayland

It seems that this issue affect any Flatpak that runs under Wayland.

If you are using the us-intl keyboard, you are not able to compose cedilha/cedilla by using ´ + c. It generates the ć character not the ç character.

When using X11, it works fine.

Upon further inspections, it seems that any Electron app running on Wayland (even if it isn't a Flatpak) has the same issue.

Just a FYI for anyone that stumbles upon this issue: The solution is to install fcitx5 and run the Wayland app with --enable-wayland-ime --wayland-text-input-version=3. While KDE Plasma already uses fcitx5, other DEs like GNOME and Sway use ibus.
