Release 1.10 -- CNMF and CNMFE demos major revisions : feedback welcome.

With release 1.10, the "anchor" notebooks demo_pipeline.ipynb and demo_pipeline_cnmfE.ipynb have been changed fairly dramatically. Lots more explanation of certain parts, figures added, links to new bits in the documentation which were added as supplements. Most of the changes are based on issues/problems we have seen people encounter with Caiman over the years.

Feedback is welcome please let us know what you like or what you think could use more work. Even if you find grammatical errors or misspellings, every contribution helps!

Just noticed one major error: the images are not rendering properly they have relative paths (which is fine if you are working directly from the source, but not when served from the caiman_data directory). Working on a fix now. 😬 Oops.

Will push this fix with proper absolute image links in release 1.10.2 tomorrow, along with a couple of other minor tweaks (e.g., spelling errors etc). ⚡

Also, now that we are starting to discuss $\Delta F/F$ explicitly, and fixing bugs with its usage (see #1188 ), we are likely to expose new corner cases and find some new bugs. For instance, see #1262 which I discovered today. I ask that users be patient as we figure our way around properly handling dff we haven't been amazing with it, and will slowly improve our docs with this.
