As a user I want to find seasonal recipes even if the seasonal ingredient is only a substring of the recipe's ingredients #233

This might be most relevant for languages like German with a lot of compound nouns.

Examples:

Spitzpaprika (won't be detected when bell peppers are seasonal)
Kirschtomaten (won't be detected when tomatoes are seasonal)

On the other hand ingredients like "Tomatenmark" will be detected, although it doesn't make sense.
