Create a Warp cookbook page

Warp is a terminal emulator with a lot of features compared to traditional terminal emulators. Some of those features interfere with certain shell functions, or are lost when working in a subshell. As an example, see flox/flox#2784. Explain that issue and the workaround in the cookbook page.
