Can't approve transaction from my address to my address with Brave Wallet

Hey!
I'm trying to convert FLT-DROP into FLT. I claimed the drop back in May, thus the "frozen period" is well over. When attempting to transfer using https://claim.fluence.network/claim-flt this site, I connected my Brave Wallet, but can't approve the transaction because the receiving & sending addresses are both my own (see the screenshot I attach below). I do have enough ETH to pay the gas fee. I'm not much a crypto user though, could get something wrong here.

Can I still somehow claim these tokens or are they lost? Any help is welcome, thanks!
