out_loki: level of the Structured metadata section is inappropriate. #1583

It is inappropriate for the Structured metadata section to be under the Drop single key section. See picture below.

I think structured metadata deserves to be between the Labels section and the Drop single key section because of its similarity to labels.

You're probably right, we'll have to doublecheck and then fix appropriately.
