GPS Rev A.2 board does not program via USB

The DTR does not seem to put into boot mode.

Can work around by putting 3.3V from voltage reg to the solder jumper

Does not work with GPS plugged in. Test without it plugged in ?

Perhaps add way to enable GPS serial so it does not enable in boot mode
