Include a back-to-top button on scrolling down #76

On scrolling the website, a back-to-top button can be included in the bottom-right corner to make it easier to navigate back to the top.
Please let me know if you need any help with this or if I can integrate this in the existing UI.

Hi there, I'm new to the floeproject website and
I think I might have a fix for this using the onscroll event in JavaScript. How do I get started with the contribution process? Thanks

@shrenikr235 you should probably hold off working on this issue at the moment. @aashimgarg has already submitted a PR and I have mentioned that it needs more design considerations before we proceed.

@Amulya-coder the site is being redesigned. At would be better to hold off on these types of changes and wait to see what the redesign will include.
