dws2jgf: rename 'rack' vertices to 'chassis' #399
Description
The 'rack' vertices in JGF are misnamed; the physical object they represent is actually a chassis and not a rack. This can lead to all kinds of confusion when talking about the layout of elcap systems. They should be renamed to simplify things.
