Description of the Issue

Sega GT has a weird pixelated graphics glitch, not present in other renderers

I haven't been able to reproduce this glitch. Tried both Per Triangle and Per Pixel on a Nvidia GTX 1080 (drivers 535.183.01) on ubuntu linux.
Vulkan validation layers don't report any error either.
I suspect this is specific to your GPU or driver version.
