Write an example that uses radon database

We have documentation for one example that is run in "no-database mode".

Now that radon database schema (: https://github.com/fmidev/radon.git) is open source, write another example that combines Himan and Radon. Then we can also perhaps consider removing the no-database mode, as it is of limited use.
