Add configuration file to lazy.nvim like packer.nvim

Hello @folke, I'm trying to migrate my plugins from packer to lazy but got an issue. I have a nvim config like this:

But when I run nvim I get this message: gruvbox is not working. Skipping.... It seems like from the gruvbox.lua, it can't find the gruvbox plugin that has been installed by lazy.nvim. Can you help me with this?

Check if your plugin actually shows up in your package manager window by using :Lazy. If it's there, check if you can require it through command mode by running :lua =require('gruvbox'). If the import succeeds you should get a table, nil otherwise.
