Failed to load ../plugins

Trying to migrate from packer, here's how my nvim directory looks like:

this is the error I get when trying to start nvim:

It should be a module, not a directory. so plugins. if you have them under lua/plugins

I provided my directory structure. My plugins.lua are in the same directory as init.lua, whereas lazy.lua is inside of lua/conf

The error persists with this, though it fails to load plugins and not ../plugins now

Note

For your color scheme plugin you need to also have a function to set it up so it will stay applied to your config
You can set it up by using this in the plugins.lua file:

I copied that plugins.lua you provided and added that everforest block to there. But I still get the same error.

Nevermind, I am not exactly sure what happened, but I removed everything from plugins.lua except the lines that configure everforest and it started working. Then I got everything back and it all worked
