This is PSA for making VimtexInverseSearch work

Thanks for making this plugin manager, and lazyvim distro that I've been switching my setup to. I'm new to neovim plugins and I couldn't make VimtexInverseSearch work for a while until I realized that vimtex is not loaded with nvim --headless. This post is to help people like me find the answer quickly when they search the repo. The trick is to make lazyvim load vimtex on cmd, here is my config:

The author of VimTex explicitly discourages loading on filetypes: does this still work nevertheless (also considering that if you explicitly set a cmd for lazy loading, the plugin will not load otherwise, will it)? Inverse search does work if you just load the plugin normally.

I was afraid to turn off the lazy load and then have vimtex active all the time, so I didn't notice that vimtex handles the lazy loading itself. Using lazyvim to lazy load vimtex seems to work just fine, and using cmd option inverse search works as well.

...are you sure? Because with your configuration, for instance, syntax highlight and the other standard VimTex commands don't work unless you explicitly resource it.

I've tested with vimtex before and it should all work just fine with ft=tex.
