Disable cache

Sometimes cache isn't needed, for example if run on CI or run commands independent of changes. It would be nice to have possibility to disable it. Otherwise it produces long output:

[build] changes:
[build]   + .pnpm-store
[build]   + node_modules
... billions of lines skipped here ...
