Layout and cropping of pictures for organisations

Creating new organisations. The default display is for the cropped image to be shown at the top of the group page.

However, if the full image is wanted then that will probably be in the body of the text - see below.

@GilesGibson I've refactored the image handling for Orgs. It now just has the manual crop controls. It shows the 2 types of image that need cropping (main node and teaser on directory list). Click on each one to show an overlay with a crop rectangle to position.

Have updated the Myatts park example above but the image is low quality so looks small on the details page. I have not scaled up the images. Can you get a larger version of image?

@GilesGibson I think this will need further work, but should be improved from before. Note that the cropping is just a guide, it doesnt relate to the final size of the image. So best method is to crop to a similar size of the final image.
