How easy/hard would it be to get a VSMonoDroid plugin working? Don't need debug or any of that stuff - just need to be able to load the projects and to do refactoring.

I haven't looked into it - but shouldn't be too hard. The basic concept is to register the GUID's associated with the project type, to make VS load it.

The scenario is to not have to install a full Android stack on your PC to compile?

I think the scenario might be for customers who want to use Resharper for WinRT/WP/Touch/Droid/etc but don't want to spend $1800 for each developer.

They don't need to build or run Droid from VS, but they do want to do cross-platform coding and refactoring.

Makes sense. Will start looking into it after an official VS2012 build.
