Filter by debug only statements in output window

Please include a checkbox which will filter the logs by 'debug only' statements. It's nice to have it when there are too many lines of code.

Unfortunately this is currently not possible in vscode. You can follow this issue microsoft/vscode#52134 to track progress on that.
