Quality of Life Ideas for Position Swapping

The ability to swap bot positions, especially when using captains mode where bots are not always drafted in order of position, has been a very convenient feature of the OpenHyperAI script. However, there are a couple of quality of life improvements that would be nice to see.

1. On only the dire side, the portraits do not align with the starting positions. It seems that the 1 and 2 portraits are swapped, meaning that "!2pos 3" actually sends the carry hero to the offlane, rather than the mid hero.

2. I remember the old patches used to have a grace period where bots would not buy items or walk to lane for ~20-30 seconds. This feature was nice to allow position swapping before bots purchased any of their items, limiting occurrences of bots walking to lane with weird items. I've also found bot behavior can become slightly erratic if position swapping is happening while they are already walking to lane (i.e. a dark willow pos 5 originally set as the offlane ended up tri-laning in the offlane rather than laning with the carry).
