Support for yaml v3 for comments preservation #272

go-yaml v3 is available.
It will give us the ability to manage the yaml document as text, to preserve/manage the way the document is marshaled.
Specifically, when a Forjfile is generated, like in deployement repositories, it would be great to manage associated comments.
