Radio option description

Hi there,

It would be nice to have a description for each option in a radio group.

For example, in my software a user selects if he wants to use a default setting or an advanced setting in a radio option. I want to be able to show a small text below each option as to what is the default setting and that advanced settings are available only for premium users.
