Break out workshops into smaller chunks

Beyond the one-day format, we should break up workshops such that individual modules can be covered in 45 minute - 1.5 hour segments (i.e. the length of a Meetup), over multiple sessions. I think this would provide useful teaching "modules" for teaching, as well as allow individuals to teach over several weeks/months.
