Implement WebSocket commands / events

Done criteria

• Setup socket.io
• Backend should listen over WS
• Implement the following messages:
  • Participants joining / leaving sessions
  • Participants changing their names
  • Participants changing their readiness
• Participants should only be able to join if the session is IN_LOBBY
• Updates are broadcast to display participants
