Retain active-state

Hey, could the service active-states be retained messages. Would make it much easier to read the status as at the moment it only messages once when the status changes.

Hi,

sounds reasonable. "retain" flag can be added/enabled here.

However, before setting the "retain" flag, systemctl-mqtt should probably be adapted to report the state of all monitored units on systemctl-mqtt's startup (to avoid keeping outdated retained messages when systemctl/[hostname]/status is "online").
