Description
The CRM Portal currently has Reply and Reply All buttons for email communications, but
is missing a Forward button.
Current Behavior
- ✅ Reply button exists
- ✅ Reply All button exists
- ❌ Forward button missing
Users cannot forward customer emails to colleagues or other departments within the CRM.
Expected Behavior
Add a "Forward" button alongside Reply and Reply All that allows users to:
- Forward customer emails to team members
- Include original email content and files
