Sending infinite request when open Event Frappe CRM Portal page

Describe the bug
When open the Event tab in portal page getting infinite request send to server for get client list (frappe.client.get_list)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'CRM Portal -> Lead -> Select any Lead -> Click Event Tab'
2. Open console you can seeing infinite amount of network send to server
