The "SecureDrop Debian Packaging Guide" in this repo was helpfully authored by @kushaldas when the SecureDrop team was becoming familiar with the Debian packaging build process. It remains a useful resource for any developer who is new to that process, but it should not be confused with the canonical documentation for building SecureDrop-specific packages (the README in this repo).

For this reason, the guide (and its RTD subdomain) should be renamed to a generic title like "Debian Packaging Tutorial".
